Year of Volunteering at Hartenberg | Hartenberg

Hartenberg as a traditional organizer and proponent of various volunteering activities contributes to meet the objectives of both the International Year of Volunteers, 10th anniversary, and the European Year of Volunteering 2011 in the region. This year, there is a scheduled meeting of volunteers from all European countries, who will work together on new projects and celebrate this special year.

Tamjdem in Hartenberg (6th - 8th of May)

Where we are going? To Hantenberg! What is going on? The project is under patronage of program Trochujinak, which is administrated by c.a. Duha. The Tamjdem - quite a different way to spend the weekend offers to young people discover Czech NGOs. The weekend is lead by a coordinator Gabriela Kubátová. It would be the first Tamjdem here and let´s hope it won´t be the last one. Therefore join us and support the volunteering in our country in collective of nice young people, sometime a bit crazy at the castle Hartenberg. „Cheer up!"

Castle Adventure with ISC MU (29th of April - 1st of May)

It's the third time we go with a group of foreign students from Brno to experience an unusual cultural event, this time burning of witches in a medieval style. We help to prepare the event, and then dress up in costumes, scaring both children and adults. Instead of wandering around beauties of the region, we are planning a Sunday trip to the Chateau Jezeří in northern Bohemia. International participation is guaranteed.
